有历史味道，总体感觉还不错，但有点贵。提点意见：上次住普通房没啥感觉，这次住望湖房，觉得很吵，作为一家高品位的酒店，建议更换临湖的窗为隔音玻璃窗，增加密封性，提高隔音效果。我们住的这个房型的卫生间的插电位置极不合理，应该在洗漱台旁增加插座。早餐品种偏少，9：30结束有点早，10点结束比较好。北山路打车太难打啦，我们这次自己开车就没事，下次如果没开车估计不会选择这里了。

We have stayed at the New Hotel several times; its West Lake location makes it perfect for relaxing walks. Over the years the hotel has modernized to a certain extent, but it retains a sense of being more Chinese and less Western than most of the commercial hotels we have used in China. This comes at a price, though; most of the staff do not speak English, and we might have had problems without our sketchy Chinese. Still, next time we''re in Hangzhou, we will probably stay at the New Hotel.

酒店外观有点老旧，但这正是酒店的特色啊，住在中楼，那可是和许多历史文学名人擦肩而过啊

早就听说饭店的设备有些老化，事实也的确如此！百年老店嘛，不过服务还行！风景也不错。。。。。。
