服务挺好的，知道我带笔记本，还给我送散热器。房间设施就一般了。不知道是不是空调的噪声还是什么声音。最后挺郁闷的，结账的时候，前台没有提醒我要发票，我跟客人讲话，也就忘了。后来回来报销的时候，才想起来。只能让宾馆补寄过来。当然是到付费。

出差常州基本以此酒店为主,主要是还比较方便.

不足：1。房间1617，浴缸上方的喷头不能使用，找了10分钟也没发现喷头的开关。搞的我不能洗头。2。早餐座位上有2只苍蝇飞来飞去，卫生不怎么样3。早餐种类应该丰富些，我找来找去也没有发现肉类的炒菜，青菜类倒是发现好几样。4。结帐时服务员说我房间有消费，其实我没有，重新查房，浪费我时间了。
