酒店位置很好，由西客站出发方便；房间卫生稍差，特别是地毯。

礼宾部服务很好，餐饮服务也不错，前台也可以，就是客房部房间清洁服务差太多了，入住期间都过了中午还不见打扫房间，最后还是我打电话到前台后才来打扫的。另外，房间的隔音也很差，可能是我见过最差的，大家好像是住在同一个房间似的，隔壁房间哪怕很轻的动作，声音都很清楚，更不用说电视的声音了。

楼层太低，感觉压抑。早餐价格偏高。房间没有手拎袋，不方便。
