CUSTOMER SERVICE AT RECEPTION WHEN CHECK IN Highly desappointing customer service at reception when checking in. First reception claimed my credit card had a problem. No suggestion what to do. No action to try an other machine. I had to go to an ATM to collect cash to pay the guarantee. When I came back I asked hotel Manager to help the staff to try the other machine which did work properly. So no problem with my card but the hotel lazy reception.
