excellent service

The hotel service is definitely first class. I came from US and my laptop has an incompatabile external power socket. I just called the lobby and 5 minutes later, they sent a compatible extension board to my room. I was also pleasantly surprised when the hotel sent me a plate of delicious fruits on my birthday. The breakfast at hotel is also very delicious and it far surpasses the comparable US hotels such as Hilton and Marriott. It is also within the walking distance of "Lion-Forest" food street, which has many delicious food that you just wish you could eat 5 times a day instead of 3!

早餐质量太差，服务更是差。刚到9点半，服务员就忙着撤东西，非常不礼貌。

住的是民国楼，酒店的位置和环境都还可以，入住这个酒店的性价比还是比较高的！正好去的时候赶上过生日，酒店送了两人份的水果（我和老公的）还有很精致的生日贺卡，感觉很体贴很温馨，下次还会选择入住。

感觉不错

3月份去的南京，一直没时间点评。酒店的位置不错，走不远就是狮子桥，设施也很新，服务人员比较热情，早餐很丰富，总体感觉这个价格值。
