周边环境很差 配套设施不到位 商务中心简直有点宰人 难怪那么冷清

出行之前，纠结于是预定市中心还是漓江边的宾馆。后来看到有朋友评价这家宾馆新开不久，设施很新。于是选择了这家――要知道很多三线城市比较老的酒店，用的还是七八年前的大块头彩电，龙头马桶之类的也都是些“历史文物”了。特意通过华旅要求酒店接机，果然酒店找了人来接，免费的哦――桂林机场打的到酒店要90元的。进了房间，发现真的很新，还有淡淡的化纤地毯味，龙头和淋浴设备锃光瓦亮，热水也很足……这些已经让我足够满意了。晚上沿着漓江散步，经过一个有很多沿江独栋别墅的小区――貌似是桂林市直机关家属楼-.-，就到了象山公园。逛了一下正阳街和中山中路，很庆幸没有选市中心的酒店，漓江边的惬意是那么的有诱惑力。去阳朔之前，偶就坚定的在前台定了返回桂林时的房间。。。最后挑一下白璧微瑕――酒店电视是壁挂液晶，但貌似装的是锅。。。哈哈，不过也能收到三四十套节目，可就是没有宁夏卫视的财经节目。。。

酒店虽然不大，但卫生还不错，比较干净，整洁。不足：1、只是近上海路这边的房间，深夜还有很多车经过，较吵。2、或者是因为较新的原因，管理人员不太熟练，到了总台后，一查，竟然没有落实订房，原来华旅已把单给了酒店，酒店负责网站的人没有给前台，幸好当天还有房，把华旅发来的短信展示后，酒店迅速落实了。3、停车场较小。半夜小孩子发烧，要开车出去取药，由于停车场较小，有车堵住我的车，幸好保安也留意车主房号，专门打电话叫车主把车开走，那个保安责任心还是比较强。4、酒店没有医务室。5、服务员在楼层通道说话声音太大，影响到我们中午休息。隔音不好也是一个原因。从网上看，酒店是提供免费停车的，但到现场后，才发现是收费停车，虽然只是10元，但是，这不是钱的问题，是大家都要按规矩办的问题，既然在网站上说免费停车，就当是双方约定合同的一个组成部分，必须提供相应的服务。于是回来之后，向华旅投诉，有理有据，华旅也很快协调好。

Our room was on 6th floor, we stayed 3 nights. Rooms are new and very clean, everything in the room is very comfortable. Restroom is perfect, TV is LCD screen, you get a new bag of green tea every day.Location is not exactly in the downtown, but not too far as well, neighborhood is quiet.The only minus is that hotel doesn''t have any eating facility. You have to go outside and search for a good place to eat, especially breakfast offer would be welcomed.We stayed in January, and in Southern China there is no heating in rooms, however, in this hotel air conditioner was quite strong and room became warm quite fast.Service is OK, only unpleasant things were when hotel refused to give us bonus present which we had to get because we booked through CTrip (ticket to a park). The reason was that we originally planned to stay 4 nights, but later changed to 3 nights. Another thing was one evening our key cards suddenly weren''t working, we couldn''t get into our rooms. Problem was solved quickly at the reception, so it wasn''t a big thing.Although rooms were booked using VISA credit card, hotel only accepts Chinese Union Pay cards, as well as requires 200 RMB deposit per room which is returned when you check-out. Hotel allowed us to check-in early in the morning (about 7 a.m.) and didn''t charge anything for this.We spoke Chinese, so we don''t know how is their English.There is also travel agent in the hotel through whom it is possible to book Li River trips, but remember to bargain hard. Our experience was that most of the people in Guilin like to cheat foreigners very much, that somewhat destroys impression from the nice scenery of the place.
