the hotel was good but the front office level is very low and for whatever reason they charged the deposi more then 20 times blocking my credit card.once i left the hotel i found out the problemand tried to solve it by phone with my bank and the hotel.what a shame. nobody is able to handle the case in this hotel. Incompetence or careless????i am going crazy.will post you for the next update
