average Location is good, rooms are very nice,comfy and clean, and hotel looks just perfect. But for some reason the service is just horrible. Everyone is sooooooo sloooooow. It took us 30 minutes to check-in and 30 minutes to check-out. They pay more attention to chinese guests, then to foreigners. They made us wait, cause chinese guests were in a hurry. As if we were not. The swimming pool is not open in the morning nor evening. Apparently only during the day. Sauna didn''t work. Restaurants in the hotel just suck. Overpriced with just several items on the menu.
