This hotel offers clean, comfortable accommodation in a highly desirable location. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and well trained. One major problem I had was the prevalence of smoking throughout the hotel common area: lobby, elevator waiting area, hallway, and dining room where "no-smoking" signs were clearly displayed and obviously ignored. While this problem is not exactly a poor reflection of the hotel management, it does shed some light on the type of guests who frequents this establishment. For those of you who has low tolerance for public smoking, it is best to stay away from this one.
