Pretty on the outside - too bad it isn''t the same inside
Wait to see if they have a room on your confirmed resesrvation. They talk to eacfh other abiout problems with rooms but tell you nothing. You cannot cvontrol room temperature. We had to open a window for air to get relief from the heat. Toilet not clean. There is no water in the room to drink. You must pay for your water. The ice machine is broken - no ice. They have the refridgerater locked. Enough papaer to use the restroom once. Then you must call for more paprer. Close to the railway station, but far from central city andf most places you want to visit.

很老的酒店了!电视和装修都比较老，整体服务一般，早餐也很一般！

一处环境很不错的酒店
11月初淡季入住的，酒店客人不是很多，房间设施比较新，也非常干净，只是床睡上去感觉廉价了一些，达不到四星的标准。值得一提的是酒店的环境，窗外对着就是武烈河，且位于城市边缘，还算安静 。

房间里边还不错，前台态度不太热情
装修还可以，398居然连个赠饮水都没有，我住的房间淋浴还是坏的，修了半天。离火车站特近 这还不错，想要个荞麦皮的枕头都没有，承德的四星酒店有待提高呀，旅游城市可能都是这样把性价比不高。
