However, she didn''t ...Also, the front desk informed me their shoes sticker couldn''t be found, and asked me to check it. Why .. ? Because i have never heard about that sticker ! This should be done by themselves.Hope, the hotel have better training on their staff ! 5 Star can be only for their hardware !

酒店除停车场有点显得小，大堂西餐厅客房都不错，装修上得了档次，和其价格匹配，非常好。到市区不过几分钟，但其位置又属城区外，安静，舒适。

服务不人性化
我们的孩子只有4岁，在其他五星级酒店早餐都不收费的，在第二天早餐却被告知要收早餐费78元，可是大人的早餐才60元，问服务员，却告诉我们，如果在前台收就是60元，在这里就要交78元，比大人的还贵，真是不合理。第一天晚餐，就餐结束时却告诉我们不能挂房帐，押金不够，我交了3500元押金，房费不到2000元，第一顿饭就说押金不够，不许挂账，真不知道酒店是怎么管理的，黑店，以后再也不推荐朋友来了。

有豪华酒店的气势
设施比较新，早餐厅的布置蛮有格调的，特别是餐厅的服务员很到位。晚餐因为是被请的，分餐制，形式、气氛不错，但味道不敢苟同。
