位置好，闹中取静，都市中的大院。房间宽大，设施也不错，就是贵！

酒店大环境很好！特别是check in美女蔷的服务非常满意，因为她耐心负责的服务态度使我们又一次选择本酒店。房间内的浴巾手巾实在与入住的房型价格不匹配，酒店大门口叫出租车的服务生如同大爷，这是最不应该在五星级酒店出现的场景

Very large well run hotel. All staff were extremely polite and helpful and welcoming at all times. Room was large and comfortable although the view wasn''t so great, but not important as not much time spent here anyway. The carpet in our room was scruffy and I suspect this is the case in most of the rooms, otherwise, very comfortable and well fitted out. Beds and linen were very comfortable and very clean. More complimentary tea/coffee/milk/water in room would be helpful and appreciated. As in every hotel, avoid mini bar as much too expensive. Will definitely stay at Sofitel Xi''an when I return in October.

以前在上海入住过索菲特（青浦），感觉相当好，6月初来西安又选择了索菲特，真是一如既往地舒适。经典五星。
