服务一流，正好赶上我过生日，酒店送来生日蛋糕，很温馨。但是硬件设施有些陈旧，但是地理位置非常好！

说是西安城市中心最好的酒店确实不敢恭维，房间价格和设施不匹配，酒店号称的恒温泳池，让人失望！下次会换一家酒店试试

An extremely large hotel but ideally located for getting around the central part of the city, especially if you intend walking and not taking taxi''s everywhere. My second stay here and pleased with it. Staff are very friendly, efficient and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and clean as are the beds. Downside was that our room had a terrible view of a brick wall this time, but as we hardly spent any day time hours there, it really wasn''t a problem, but suggest if you intend to be in your room during the day, make sure to ask for a view of some sort. Beware, the breakfast is expensive if it''s not included in your booking package.

酒店还是很不错的，就是分东西楼，日料很好吃，总体还是价格偏贵吧。。。

太中规中矩的酒店
怎么评价索菲特呢？和北京比，还是有些差距。大堂很豪华，但是房间从整体质量到卧具的细节，同只比你贵200多的香格里拉比，还是有很大的改进点。最让人不满意的，一是房间有一些刚刚装修过的气味；二是电视还是CRT的电视，硬件方面的硬伤，和索菲特如此好的地段优势，几乎相互抵消了。因为早上着急走，没有用早餐，不知道早餐情况如何。
