Old fashioned manners of the staff at reception Here you still find the old way of kommunism thinking and working in their heads. There were four ladies behind the front desk, having nothing to do. As I asked them for a taxy, they experienced a huge problem who could now phone for the taxi for me... While I was waiting for it to come, they found that I should get some tea. For this, they called the bell-lady who was alone at the front door, busy with another customer. She then had to let the other customer wait and to get my tea...???
