It is getting old The staff was nice. However, the rooms are getting old and dirty. A Renovation is really necessary to maintain the 4star status. I downgrade this hotel to 3stars. And there are many more beautiful 3star hotels in Zhengzhou.
Deyi Hotel - Description is good on website only I had booked to stay in Deyi Hotel for 2 nights. but the room was awful, airconditioning also not working well, it was so cold whole night. no Hot water in the bathroom taps, just little warm water. So, I checked out the early next morning and moved to another hotel at a little higher price. I didn''t even have the courage to go to the restaurent to take my breakfast which was included in the price.

We are sorry to you have such feeling in my hotel. According to most people's feeling, and in order to environmental protection, we are turn off air-conditioning system from the weather warming. Left turn the tap water will become hot. The breakfast is good. Of course, higher prices can get better products and services. But we will carefully thinking about your opinion and make improvements.
