horrible hotel- false advertised photos and info, a low 3 star at best
the hotel didn''t honor our requests of non-smoking room and river view (turns out the hotel is too far from the river to have any view of the river), the hotel web photos were misleading, staff''s English was almost non-existent: when we complained the receptionists laughed in our face instead of looking for someone who speaks English, rundown rooms and facilities, breakfast was terrible, in-room safe and minibar fridge didn''t work, the bellhop organized us an overpriced taxi and pocketed the fare difference himself right in front of us... horrible hotel: overpriced for what it was offering, bad experience in general, stay away from it if you can!
