客人不满意索菲特

我代客人订了索菲特，客人第二天和我说索菲特不好，房间味道很重，觉得不卫生。最重要的就是客人每天都需要电脑，但是房间的有线不能用，客人无法上网，服务人员也不能很好解决，并且态度不好。

感觉还好，用品也比较干净，就是酒店房间稍小，对于这个价格稍觉得贵一点。不过早餐还不错。
