需加强培训!
优点:1:位置好!距离火车站/栈桥等近在咫尺;2:设施与其价格成正比.不足:服务很差,需加强培训!例如:1/预订十点到酒店,实际十点半到的,到店被告知前面客人没退房,要等!经交涉,予调房解决(其实房务中心(不知道该酒店是否有此机构)完全可以事前处置)!2/早起外出,人较多,居然出现厨师送餐与客人争电梯的怪事!(不知一家四星酒店为什么没有员工电梯?!)3/退房时居然被询问有没有看到两个"枕套"?后又说没事了,没有任何歉意和解释!

工作人员热情周到，房间干净卫生，出行方便，就是附近有点乱。

位置环境都还不错找的时候费了点事离栈桥很近，附近又小吃街

设施挺新的
就在青岛火车站对面，非常方便。到栈桥也非常近，5分钟的步行，周边吃的东西很多，交通也便捷。房间设施挺新的，订的是大床房，不错。由于临街，过了早上六点就开始非常吵了，这点不好。服务态度不错，刚入房间发现有两盏灯坏了。报修，很快解决。

Clean it up!
A great location, however without the advertised parking, except if you count the little spot on the sidewalk where the concierge asked me to park. No way this hotel even gets close to 4-star level! Very old equipment in the room in urgent need of renovation. The fridge looks nice, but it doesn''t work except for the light. No western breakfast and a really horrible brew that they called coffee. It looked like the instant powder had brewed there at least a week and just replenished with water and powder to keep it half-full. It remained there even after I complained to the waitstaff twice. So I bought my own instant coffee for the second morning and that was a much nicer "breakfast" in the room than you could get in the "western restaurant".Lot''s of tour groups - so I guess the hotel doesn''t need to care for individual tourists; it''s not as if they expect anyone to return....
