Friendly staff, bad management
Staff very friendly but have no idea how to deliver good service. Stayed 3 nights. Rooms are spacious.Every day, the key card of the room expired at noon and staff had to get me a new one. Bathroom starts flooding after 2 minute shower. The same bathroom was flooding a year ago as well ... (Chinese) Breakfast from 7 - 9, but after 8:30 many items finished (btw, the food is quite tasty). Floor not clean. Long hairs in the bathroom. One side of the hotel is facing a square and the railway station. Very noisy as all cars honk all the time and trains are running all night giving loud flute signals. Rooms were cleaned very late, usually around 4pm.Checking out a few hours late was no problem.I like this hotel for the large rooms and friendly staff but will try another one next time.

还算可以
在平遥这个档次就可以了，卫生条件也可以，离火车站比较近睡觉时比较吵，提供免费的早餐和洗浴。服务水平很凑活，服务员比较散漫。有些细节问题：房门没有那个铁链的那个锁，感觉不是很安全；淋浴间没有摆放洗面奶、护发素那堆乱七八糟的地方；梳妆台的插头都在桌子下面，很不方便。总的来说，还过的去，平遥古城从宾馆步行十几分钟就到了，去火车站2分钟就到。还可以。

住宿条件一般吧，但服务有待提高
和家人一起出游，房间价格不算便宜，但酒店条件一般，反正是在旅游区，也就将就了。当地的服务意识和服务水平有待提高，也就是提供个住宿，谈不上多专业的服务。

在平遥这个地方就算不错了！
酒店保安很负责任，尤其是管理停车场的就有5、6个人，虽然停车位少，但是会很热心的帮你找到停车的地方。酒店的网络实在是太雷人了，还需要自己设置ip、网关，而且房间里没有，还要问客房服务员。客房服务员太生猛，给我设ip的时候，直接刷卡就进来了，我媳妇还在睡觉，她就在旁边大声的打电话，真雷啊。不过话说回来，在平遥这种地方，能有这样的酒店住就已经很不错了，我是打死也不会去住客栈的，尤其是比较冷的季节。

平遥有这个档次的宾馆比较意外。这个档次的宾馆房间里应该有冰箱吧，但确实没有。
