致黄树强总经理 - my horrible experience at your hotel
i stayed four nights at your hotel last week, unfortunately, had a very bad experience. without noticing me beforehand in any form by anyone, your people started to DRILL the wall/floor right above my room in 7/23 afternoon. the noise was so loud that i was afraid the ceiling would fall off. i tried my best to reach out to the frontdesk, manager on dute, customer service..., and by the time it finally stopped, several hours have been wasted and i felt completely exhausted. however, it was not the end of the story, as the very next morning of yesterday, the exact same thing happened again, drilling, noise... and this time i didn''t have any more energy left to deal with your staff again, but had to leave my room, for which i was paying 868/night.though it''s my first and only time staying at your hotel, and what happened might be a rare case (hopefully), the lack of care to customers shown by almost all your team members makes me believe a long way Boya needs to go to qualify for a real 5-star hotel. hope Boya learns what customer-centered service means one day, rather than solely depends on your location or convention business from PK university.
