It's a nice hotel with proper location, just near the MTR. The smile and quality service of service people in Biz floor, especially Laura Wang, defrost the snow in BJ. The only one thing needs to address is the hot water seems not hot enough... It may take some times to wait it turn from cold and finally not hot enough, warm water, exactly speaking....
