Service is bad
when i extraed the hotel ,the doorman and GRO can''t no greeting and without smiles for us and the receptonist also no greeting and without smiles,he need to take his ownership to service for guest ,i don''t want repect more about my reservations,he don''t give the RC for me to sign,i don''t know my room rate.He don''t introduce one restaurant for us ,He spent about 10mins to finish my C/I. NO GRO and bellman escort us to the room,why many staffs stood in the lobby,just like a woodman.The room is very nice and new,please offer the BBplate for guest ,only offer fork and knife,how could i cut the fruit amenity ,cut on the table? When i C/O,i need the bill ,the receptonist only pass me the filo without envelope. I feel very upset of this journey,the service need to improve how the famous fivestarts hotel like this.Maby next time i will change other hotel,Crown Plaza or Sheraton.
