房间很不错，就是住的是二楼，要穿过餐厅，但是总体感觉还好！！

设施不错，性价比挺高的，就是前台人员素质低，其中有个女的搞得别人欠她钱一样，问她问题爱理不理，还故意走开把我跟我朋友晾一边，太损害酒店形象了。

1、交通方便，距杭州Do都城比较近，是比较理想的住宿地；2、酒店总体不错的，只是隔音效果较差，影响休息；3、刚到酒店的第一晚，感觉前台服务员态度冷淡，希望改进，能微笑服务最好了
