住的是长城楼，房间各方面都还不错。当时在华旅填的入住时间是晚上9-12点，入住当晚由于飞机晚点了，所以就打电话到酒店推迟抵店时间，接待态度极度不好！12点多我们到达酒店的时候，接待生是个叫 RE MA 的男性服务员，作为一个星级酒店，他的态度非常不好，很不耐烦，希望酒店在人员培训方面可以改善改善。早餐的种类不是很多。不过下次还是会考虑入住上海广场长城假日酒店，希望不要遇到那个接待生。
