I'm from HK to Xian, spent 2 nights here:
Hotel: the entrance door is abt 1.2m from the ground, I had to carry my heavy luggage up the staircase by myself, no bell boy service at all.
Room: The room was great, well interior design, nice decoration and atmosphere.
Shower: I'm not sure if it is because my room located at the top floor, the shower water pressure was extremely weak(淋浴g水悍浅５).
Reception staffs: nice and friendly.
Service staffs: the young girl has 'cold face' no smile at all when we both entered the lift, whom gave me a bad impression; however, the older woman was quite friendly. In higher grade hotels, the service staffs were trained to say 'Hi/Li hao' when they see the guests in the corridor or the lifts. This should be improved.
