I'm from HK, I spent two nights in this hotel, its like a YMCA class hostel.
The room was clean, one ceiling light bulb (above the desk area) wasn't working. The daily cleaners might have too much workload. I could see some western guests were standing at the reception area with unhappy faces,from their dressing I can tell they're lower income travellers from Europe. Well if you expect too much, go to a 5-stars hotel, i don't have any complaints upon my stay except that the price ($288 per night) was too high. I decided to check-out earlier and moved to the Suzhou Hotel next door, cheaper and its a real 4-star grade hotel which only $280 per night.

Everything is fine, clean and receptionists are friendly, but I'll definitely choose to stay at Suzhou hotel next door instead of this Guzu hotel, just not worth $288 per night there.

一般般的酒店

房间的卫生设备不停的在滴水。水池上有积垢，感觉清理的不是很干净。
总体感觉房间还是不错的，还算干净。
早餐不怎么样，花色品种好少，感觉没东西可吃，希望能有所改进。

很不错，典型的苏州园林酒店

第二次入住了，由特惠房免费升级到商务房，感觉比较好，房间里没有免费瓶装水，显得比较小气，早餐老外很多，可能偏照顾到老外饮食，实话实说品种比较单一，不丰富，考虑到价位也算可以了，总体，还不错，值得入住的酒店
